Almaz Sebsebie is a dedicated real estate broker with John L. Scott Kent North, serving clients across King, Pierce, Thurston, and Snohomish counties. With 10 years of industry experience, Almaz brings a warm and community-focused approach to real estate, grounded in strong negotiation skills, deep local market knowledge, and excellent communication.
Fluent in Amharic and English. Almaz is passionate about helping diverse communities navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Her background in sales, customer service, finance, banking, and business combined with her education from the University of Washington gives her a solid foundation in financial literacy, customer care, and strategic decision-making.
Almaz has earned several distinguished achievements, including the Chairman’s Award the last 10 years, recognizing her commitment to excellence and high-level performance. She holds multiple certifications, including Certified Buyer Representation Specialist®, Certified Seller Marketing Specialist®, and Certified Open House Specialist®. She has completed the comprehensive JLS Training Series, further sharpening her expertise in the industry.
Community involvement remains central to Almaz’s mission. She actively contributes to church and faith-based communities, cultural organizations, and charitable efforts. Her personal interests include spending time with family, traveling, cooking, outdoor activities, fitness, reading, community volunteering, and sports—reflecting a well-rounded and service-oriented lifestyle.

Renton
Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods.
